Start with the visitor experience
A commercial site may have different routes for visitors, deliveries, and staff. Define those movements before choosing the individual signs.
Consider the setting in Sunset Park
A practical neighborhood sign starts with a short message and a clear next step. Match the scale to the place where customers will actually read it.
For industrial and commercial sites in Sunset Park, begin with the moments where a visitor needs to recognize the business, choose an entrance, or find the right destination. Use that route to decide which signs are needed and what each one should say.
Sign options to plan together
- Property and tenant identification
- Visitor and delivery directions
- Building and entrance signs
- Replacement and maintenance planning
What to include in the brief
A site plan, entry points, building names, access restrictions, sign locations, and installation scheduling needs.
A detail worth resolving early
Operational and safety-related signs need project-specific review. Identify who will confirm their content and placement before production.
Confirm the sign dimensions, material choices, mounting approach, installation scope, and project schedule with the team. Any required site approvals should be included in the plan before production.
New signs or an existing-sign update?
For a new location, share the complete list of rooms and sign positions. For a rebrand or replacement, include photos of the current signs and identify what can be retained. If lighting or physical damage is the issue, describe the fault so the repair scope can be reviewed.
